Ang tatapang niyo tumira kay Pnoy at sa mga tauhan ni Pnoy na nagpatupad ng Dengvaxia.
Nagyabang kayo JV at Gordon sa harap ng media na dinare niyo si Pnoy na humarap sa hearing tungkol sa Dengvaxia.
Pumunta si Pnoy, ang aga pa niyang dumating kanina, 10:05. JV pa-VIP ka pa, late ka pumasok. Porket Chairman ka ng Committee of Health ng Senate, nganga ka naman.
Ikaw naman Gordon, dakdak ka na ng dakdak. Introductory speech mo pa lang sa hearing, nakakainis na almost 30 minutes pa. Tapos yung mga in-invite mo na mga resource persons puro alipores ni Duterte.
Pinapunta mo pa yung lawyer ng VACC na si pandak Topacio at nag-grand standing naman tong si pandak at nag-rerecommend na idemanda si Pnoy at ang mga tao na nagpatupad ng Dengvaxia vaccine, eh walang namang kinalaman ito sa hearing.
VACC, through pandak Topacio, was trying to accuse Pnoy and his men by using the hearings in the Blue Ribbon Committee and the evidences that came up on the hearing itself. Another fishing expedition, just like what is happening with the Impeachment case of Serenp conducted by the House Justice Committee in Congress.
Style talaga ni Duterte at ang mga tuta niya ay bulok, "ang hilig magdemanda pero wala namang ebidensiya."
Nakakainis ang hearing mo kanina Gordon, puro ikaw lang nagsasalita. At kapag nasesemplang ka ng mga tauhan ni Pnoy na in-invite niyo na magsalita tungkol sa Dengvaxia vaccine ay nagagalit ka.
Eh halos buong hearing ngayon ay ikaw lang nagsasalita, at dinidiin mo na may anomalyang nangyari sa pag-approve ng Dengvaxia vaccine sa panahon ni Pnoy.
Eh di ba wala kang nasabi nung nagsalita si Pnoy at sinabi niyang kaya niya inaprubahan ang Dengvaxia Vaccine ay para masugpo ang dengue incidents sa buong Pilipinas.
Si JV, nung makita si Pnoy, pangisi ngisi na lang at nagpasalamat na lang kay Pnoy sa pagpunta sa hearing.
Di ko na kailangan i-discuss ang buong nangyari kanina sa hearing kasi ipapalabas naman ito sa Tv mamaya, so i'll just give my opinion regarding the Dengvaxia Vaccine issue.
Take note that when Sanofi offered the Dengvaxia vaccine to the Philippines in December 2015, ay ito ang tanging vaccine that will help eliminate the dengue menace in our country. The vaccination program was then launched by April 2016.
It was also approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) upon its commercial release on December 22, 2015.
At dahil si Pnoy ay mabait na presidente ay in-approve niya ang pagbili ng Dengvaxia vaccine to eliminate dengue.
You see here a president looking for a solution for a problem, so what's wrong with that? Di nangurakot si Pnoy sa pagbili ng Dengvaxia vaccine. Alam nating lahat iyon.
And nobody in the senate, not even Gordon nor Duterte, can prove that there was an anomaly by the government, the DOH and Pnoy regarding the buying of the Dengvaxia vaccine.
During the approval of the P3.5-b purchase which the Department of Budget and Management released a SARO (special allotment release order), of the Dengvaxia vaccine from Sanofi, there was no study yet even from WHO nor any other independent health groups, both in the Philippines and outside of the country, that Dengvaxia has negative effects on dengue victims nor even to those who never had dengue.
The negative effects from the Dengvaxia vaccine occur when the antibody-dependent enhancement predisposes the dengue-naive recipients causing a more severe clinical disease. Instead of fighting the sickness, it more or less attracts dengue more severely from the recipient of Dengvaxia. Lalong lalo na kapag ikaw ay hindi pa predisposed sa dengue.
The World Health Organization even stipulated that any country in the world can use Dengvaxia vaccine on their discretion if the country chooses to use it to fight Dengue, anybody can use it if they needed it. Last year the only cure for dengue was the Dengvaxia vaccine.
The findings of the negative effects from the Dengvaxia vaccine was only found out no less than 2 years later after the vaccine's launch in 2016.
Now, Gordon is using again his chairmanship of the Blue Ribbon Committee in the senate to blame Pnoy and his government for the Dengvaxia vaccine problem, which before it wasn't a problem but an answer to the problem.
This means, that Dengvaxia in 2016 was the only solution to eliminate dengue, was the only viable option. That is why Pnoy and his government immediately acted on this because dengue is proliferating so fast in our country, so urgently he acted upon it and approved of the Dengvaxia vaccine.
During the hearing, Pnoy had said in his report that if he hadn't approved of Dengvaxia, people would be asking the opposite of what they're asking of today.
If you were presented a minuscule solution to a problem that not only helps the Filipinos, but can ultimately stop the disease itself, when countless of tests were made and was, during that time, a valuable and useful solution, are you to pass that chance? Are you willing to ignore a cure and let thousands of people suffer just because you did?
At the end of the day, Dengvaxia vaccine is a solution to dengue, but in science the only permanent thing is change. Specifically in scientific studies of drugs, some drugs are considered good today, but in the future or tomorrow can be prohibited from public consumption.
It's but simple logic that some drugs are recommended by doctors and other medical institutions and have been used by the public for years, until they're not effective anymore, even more so when it is deigned dangerous for one's health. What is useful today can (and will) be useless tomorrow.
Para din po yang pagkain. May pagkain po tayong kinakain almost every day for 20 years, na yun pala, more intake of the said food can increase the chances of cancer.
To make the long story short, Duterte is just finding dirt and fault on Pnoy's clean name, using his lapdogs like Gordon, Wiggy, the VACC, JV and many more.
They're trying to create problems, this mass hysteria, that will scare the Filipino society, and turn this problem into anger and blame this to a man of integrity and decency like Pnoy.
But with this case of the Dengvaxia vaccine, Duterte and his men still failed to prove and find evidences that will nail down Pnoy.
At present, Duterte can't find a single dirt out of Pnoy's name.
Sorry for you, Duterte and your lapdogs. You're fighting against somebody who is honourable and respectable and without a speck of dirt or flint on his name.
Funnily enough, even Duterte himself said in a press briefing that if he was in the position of Pnoy, he will do the same. This is pure hypocrisy on the part of Duterte, because he still wants the Dengvaxia hearing to resume.
Pnoy is much, much better than you Duterte. As a president and even more as a human being.
