Pangulong Duterte, umamin na hindi good policy ang war on drugs

Umamin si Pangulong Duterte na ang war on drugs ay hindi isang good policy dahil hindi kinatutuwa ng mga Filipino ang mga patayan. Ngunit sinabi rin ni Duterte  ipagpapatuloy niya ang war on drugs hanggang sa huling termino ng kanyang presidency para mawala ang illegal drugs sa Pilipinas.

"We do not enjoy killing our own folk. It is not a good policy but we are besiege, I said, by something that is very terrible. China is already suffering from it." - President Duterte

Para sa pangulo, sa 18 months ng kanyang presidency at sa kabila ng libo-libong namatay at milyon na sumuko, at ilang laboratories na ang naipasarado, 4 na million pa rin ang bilang ng mga addicts sa Pilipinas. Kung hindi bumababa yan, may problema sa war on drugs.

“Four million is four million. Forty-two percent of the total barangays are contaminated with shabu. Nine thousand policemen—I do not know if I have to kill them—are in shabu business and also shabu addicts. Think about that,” President Duterte

Sinabi pa ni Duterte na kung meron ibang paraan para masugpo ang problema gagawin nya raw. Ngunit sa kabila ng mga sinasabing tamang paraan ng pagsugpo ng droga, wala siyang pinakinggan.

“If there’s a way that we can solve this problem to the acceptance of all, fine. I will do it,” he said.

“I will walk not only the extra mile. I will walk for one day to find it. But in the meantime, I will not allow my country to go to the dogs,” he added.

Para sa pangulo, papatayin niya ang drug problem hanggang sa nag iisang tao na lang at wala siyang pakialam sa sasabihin ng mga kritiko.

 “I do not give a shit about the International Court of Justice. For at the end of the day, if my country collapses under the weight of drugs, you will not be here to help the Philippines. So, don’t bullshit me,” he added.

Sinabi rin niya na maaaring siya ang nagpapatay kay Mayor Espinosa ng Albuera.

“The Albuera mayor, they say I ordered the killing, maybe yes, maybe no,” Sabi ng Pangulo

“But if you do that—you use the public office as a platform of drugs—and drag my country and you are an elected public official and there is no election in your city because you just simply kill, and even your own policemen—and sometimes i would say maybe it’s high time,” dugtong pa ng Pangulo

“I ordered the killing? Maybe yes. Maybe no. Do not go into a guessing game. You might guess it right and I would be sorry,” - President Duterte
